Supplement products
- To ensure and maintain high quality safe product (supplements) there are no returns for
supplements since a variation in storage (humidity, light and heat) could change the quality
of the supplement. Instead customers are entitled to exchange their product with proof of
purchase for the same type of product. Exchange is only valid 3 days after receiving the
product. - To exchange product one must e-mail drleny@naturalmoms.org stating the customer’s
name, purchase date, reason for the needed exchange, address, contact number or e-mail.
Non-supplement products
- Can be returned only if there is a manufacture defect. Such as a tear or breakage of the
wand. Natural Moms is not responsible for damage of the product due to misuse of the
product. - Product is refundable and can be returned within 1 week after receiving the product.
- One must e-mail drleny@naturalmoms.org stating the customer’s name, purchase date,
reason for the needed return, address, contact number or e-mail.
Security:
Natural Mom's site service provider, work to protect the security of your information during
transmission by using PGP encryption, which encrypts information you input. All employees who
handle customer data do not have access to your credit card details as this information is
immediately encrypted after you execute the continue link at the bottom of the payment details
section. In order to shop online, Natural Moms collects your name, address information, and credit
card information, so that it can fulfill your order, as well as your contact information (e-mail and
telephone) in case Natural Moms needs to communicate with you regarding your order.
